STS Deal of the Day! So late to the party

I guess I'm one of the few around here that don't have or tried this system before.

I passed the deal a couple of times previously. I want it available for when my mind is calling for it. Now, that I'm 40 I decided to not let my fitness level drop to the best of my capacity. I want to preserve muscle because I know I'm loosing more. Besides, I love and enjoy lifting.

Mainly interested in Mesocyclone 3. There are not many workouts designed for strength.

Anybody else pulling the trigger?

I have this and I've never even used it. It's so overwhelming...

Not sure if you're on Facebook, but someone was selling these used on VF Roost. You could probably get the whole set for cheaper on Roost than at Cathe.

Why? Because is a 90 day program if followed as recommended. I think each STS mesocyclone can be used at any point of time in combination with other rotations.

I probably going to follow 3 months schedule the first time.

The 1 rep max always threw me.

Thanks Bubbles. I think via FB is going to take time. I'm getting it today to have it available in case once again I feel like starting. I definitely doing this program next year.

I see.

I'm not sure if I would do the 1 rep max. I think so, for now. I'm pretty much follow my intuition these days and my effort per reps is accurate. I automatically know if the weight is light.

I love STS, a great solid workout program. I try to work it once a year. It is one of the few longer rotations I can follow, I think due to you get to choose your cardio, and each week the workouts change slightly. I get measurable performance improvement.

I love STS. It's the only rotation I've every followed except for the book NROLW. Mesocycle 3 is the bomb, and the only video weight workout I've ever done with sane resting periods. I've actually done the series twice, and gained a lot of strength each time.

Oh, I see! You won't regret it. It's a great program, and you will see tremendous gains. Well, I did, but I'm not as strong as you
