On Facebook Kelly said the second cardio workout on the cardio dvd is tougher and more drill style work. There is also a bonus core, hips, glutes workout, and of course premixes. She did not mention anything about the impact in the second cardio workout.

Good question! I'm thinking athletic drills, like football runs, burpees, etc. Maybe I'm wrong?
