Kelly describes upcoming workouts
This was posted in Kelly's forum as a response to someone saying how much they liked YBB:
"Plateau-Buster(name?) is really different. I go from one thing to another throughout the workout, so it has a consistently changing feel. There are 8 very different exercises that you do back to back without stopping(switching dbs is your rest) and you do this 3 times through with a very brief rest in between rounds. The feel is both cardio and weights, but it is mostly weights. Again, very different from YBB.
The other one is all cardio. I opted away from weights since the other one is mostly that. I looked long and hard at my 30-Minutes to Fitness library and I need more straight-forward cardio. I might thrown in weights in a premix, but not definite yet(might depend on filminmg time).
Today I teach the cardio one and I'll report in later on how it went.
All in all....VERY pleased!"
