I’m getting the first 30MTF Stepboxing, as I’ve been enjoying simple fun short step routines for cardio lately. Little bit of impact but not too much.
I’m thinking about but probably won’t add more to get the free shipping. Plateau Buster looks fun, though. Or maybe Strength and Stamina. I’ve been finding lately Kelly’s and Tracie Long’s 30 minute workouts really fill a hole for me when I need some moderate intensity but don’t feel like doing much else.
