Cynthia - maybe you can do the 4 workout a week plan and do some bouncing 1-2 days a week in between? The July 3rd blog post has her 4 workout a week plan and I was thinking about doing that one b/c I like variety and having 2 -3 days a week to do another style of workout would work well for me.

Could any of you who are doing one of these rotations please post your feelings or results or whatever when you are done (or even during). I have a couple of the dvds but not all of them and was wondering if I should get the ones I don't have and try it out.

Cher ~ I just started the 28 Day Plan yesterday. I printed out a blank calendar page and am tracking exactly what I do. I know I probably won't get in every single day, but I still want to see how effect this is even if I get in most of it.

I'll be sure to post my finding, but it won't be for 4 weeks. Hopefully someone who has been using Suzanne's workouts for a while will jump in and help answer your question. I just feel like she has given some since of order to all these workouts for me. And now I can use them all at one time without guessing.

ETA: My back side is pleasantly sore this morning from yesterday's workout. I think I'm at a point in life that having one area of my body sore is just fine, but the all over, barely can move soreness not so much. So I'm good with how I feel today.
