Hall of Famers

Thanks for starting this thread! I am almost 71 and I am relating to you. Has anyone ever started a thread of all the instructors in the past who motivated them and the fitness industry. How they did, what gadgets they used, etc. I think it would be nice to start a Hall of Famers, before we all forget All positive stuff. Has this already been done?

If it has, it's not been recent. I say "go for it!"

That's exactly what I do...seeing all those normal people like me in different shapes and sizes..no fitness models. Love the energy!

Agreed! Many times I play music in the background!

I think that's a great post idea Sharon!

Agreed! I am 70 and remember when the Firm BSS sets were considered hard and now are dismissed as easy. I also love and have kept and do portions of Anna Benson Fit Prime series because of the doable factor and great music.
on another note I use Victoria Principal Reclaim for 15 years and look 70! lol
