Hello everybody. I have not been feeling very well the past few weeks. My workouts have been unplanned. I have just been doing what appeals to me.
daily 3 mile dog walk M-KCM Cardio Pump - Weights pump T-major cleaning W-JS WS2 Total Body T-disc golf F-Gymra - total body stability ball We are doing a major cleaning and painting of our house. We are hoping to list it for sale in January. We really want to move out of CA. Life is getting rough here and it doesn't look like it will reverse course. We are retired and live on a fixed income. The cost of living here is outpacing our income so fast. So, off we go. So stressful.  Anyway, that's what I mean by major cleaning as a workout. You will be seeing that a lot in the coming months.A Happy Thanskgiving to all of you! |

Hi all, today was:
be360~ Tiziana's Beginner Weight Loss Workout #2 TBL~ Travel Day Workout Elliptical Sherri- It is challenging to be retired, on a fixed income, and living in a high cost state. Thankfully, there are many states that are more friendly to retirees  It is hard to move though, especially if you have lived there for most if not all of your life. I hope you find a new and wonderful place to move to  I am going to my DD's with my DS and SIL, and grandkids for a visit today  Sherry

My girls are home from college so the workouts are hit and miss.
Waves to Sherry and Chrys! Sherri, I'm so sorry you all are having to move. I know CA is expensive, and the Denver area has gotten incredibly expensive as well. I don't see me retiring in this area. I hope you all find a place that will be a better fit for you. {{hugs}} Beth |

Hi all, today was:
JS WO 6 Mile Mix~ Miles 2&3, Bonus Stretch TBL~ Bonus 10-Minute Foam Roller Routine Beth- So nice that your DD's are home for Thanksgiving Sherri- I didn't mention this, but we are getting ready to put this house on the market as well. We live on the water and our flood insurance is astronomical. It has really gone up in the last year or two. There are other factors as well. We are also on a fixed income. Not sure where we plan on moving to just yet... Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! Sherry

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday!
Today was: be360~ Daisy's Full Body Burn Workout I plan on doing a short Pilates workout with Robin later this morning. Anyone doing any Black Friday shopping? I ordered one thing for myself. The Leslie Sansone Walk 15 set on QVC. It was on sale, and I never get tired of Leslie  Other than that I have to get a few gifts for the Grandkids, and I am done.Happy Friday everyone! Sherry
