Yardwork- I hope I'm done dealing with leaves for the year!
Team Body Project- 30 min. low impact cardio
Mady Morrison- 15 minute daily stretch. This is the best stretch video I've found on YouTube. No talking, nice calming music, great stretches (including neck and wrists!). I will definitely look into more of this instructor.
