Leslie’s Miracle Mile Band

I love Miracle Miles and one of the main reasons is that blue stretchy band with loops. I like it so much better than other exercise bands, it doesn’t roll, it feels good on the hands, and it’s easy to maneuver. I’m already worried about what will happen when I wear it out and try to find it somewhere else. Does anybody else love it like me?

You can buy them from Amazon (without buying the system)!

And yes, I much prefer this to a regular, flat resistance band. I plan on using the MM band with Powerfit Harmony soon.

I did this just this past weekend! It worked really well. I think there were one or two exercises where I ended up using the band, but for most the MM band felt a lot better and took away a lot of the awkward feeling I often have with the band.

Walmart occasionally carries a similar but stronger band.

Awesome! I seem to have issues with gripping a flat band, as well as finding it painful when it digs into my legs or wherever. The squishy blue thing is friendlier, in that regard.

Thanks for this info 😀 So happy to have a source for a replacement if ever needed. I’m already spoiled by this squishy fun pretty band and can never go back to the flat bands that cut into your hands and refuse to stay flat. I also love the loops on the band and how easy it is to increase the resistance by moving up a loop.

i have the MM band and love it.

in this VF thread started by CharM, a kit at Ross contains a band with the same shape but with more resistance. and you get a DVD with it too for $4.99:

caution: some reviewers on Amazon gave poor ratings for this band, that it ripped, but mine hasn't. VFers that have been using the band have had positive experiences with the band.

i found mine at the 3rd Ross's that i visited, about a month ago. it comes in a green and white box, and the box is a little smaller than a shoe box.

Not that I need another band, LOL, but do you have a link to the band you are talking about?
