Another move I thought of today while doing a step workout - jumping jacks on top of the step (i.e step up, do a jack, then step down). I am just not confident enough that I have my feet in the exact right place to do a full jack. I just substitute a little jump in place instead. Otherwise, I am sure I would land with one foot half-off and tumble off the step.

I'm really enjoying Caroline Girvan's Youtube workouts, but right there in the midst of the core & abs circuit, came up... Slow Bicycles.

Reader, I'm doing them.

But only because I *choose* to. I don't *have* to if I don' wanna.

Yes, I am a 4 year old.

Thought of another move that sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Fast feet shuffle on the step! Don't know why, but this move just bugs me sometimes. Cathe uses it as an "easy" exercise but it doesn't seem easy to me and they seem to last forever. Give me air jacks instead!

I don't know really why I hate to clap!! I just don't. Maybe because I feel it's silly. When I go to church (very, very rarely), I don't like to clap in church, either. Just one of my quirky things.

Deadlifts! I hurt my lower back doing these once, and I haven't done them since.

These hurt my palms even with padded weightlifting gloves. I use my BOSU balance pods
