Never. When I walk five miles, it is outside with my dog.

I am a rather advanced exerciser, and I usually do a Leslie 5-mile workout once per week. Even tough the moves are varied, I find I tend to get overuse injuries if I do 5 miles multiple times per week.

I think once. It was the five mile advanced with all the gadgets. It has a great stretch at the end. The only way to see it is to pick all five miles.

Never, I know I’d get bored and start looking at my watch after about the 2 mile mark.

I do them from time to time. To me the time goes pretty quickly, they don’t seem difficult, and I feel accomplished afterwards.

I haven't been as active in general lately, so doing the 5-milers helps me feel like I've done something.

I have this same problem. I limit my Leslie walks to 2 miles and no more than 2 each week. i do crescent pose after each walk and it has made a big difference.

I haven't done Leslie in ages, but at one time I was doing her workouts practically exclusively. I never did more than four miles...not because I couldn't physically do it, but because that was all I could deal with. I would get bored by the end of 4.
