If STS Meso 1 is considered endurance training,

what is the Slim Series? Cardio?

I am using up to 50 lbs combined weight for Meso 1 upper body and am considering going to 30 lbs dumbells for a few exercises. For Slim Series I am using 5 lbs - 12 lbs dumbells and my heart rate is very high, so for me it is more a cardio workout.

What would the following rotation do for me?

1. SS Tone it up
2. Runerval
3. Cathe's Circuit Max
4. P90X + Interval X Plus
6. SS Shape it up
6. Jillian No more trouble zones
7. P90X Stretch

It sounds like the Slim Series has become more of a cardio than a weight workout for you. That can happen when your strength is such that light weight workouts no longer challenge your muscles.

As for your rotation, it would definitely be overtraining for me, but if you're in super shape, I'd say, give it a go! Good luck!
