I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.

Tytbody Great job learning more things on your phone. That's why I'm trying to stick with my phone for the fitness tracker. I would rather just have to deal with one thing. We have only had smart phones for around a year. The prices are crazy for those things.

Hi Everyone!

Tytbody Well, I loved my tracker app until the last update. I don't think it's accurate now and I'm not sure what to do about it. Maybe I will look at another app. I was averaging 10,000 steps and I felt it was pretty accurate. Right now, after my workout it only shows 1800 steps. LOL I don't want to carry anything additional or wear a watch. I just want my old app back, prior to update. Anyways, I have a Samsung, so I use Samsung health.

I have an iPhone, and Apple Health gives me fewer steps than the other app I was using, Activity Tracker (for iPhone and Android). But the Weight Watchers app sincs with Apple Health. It's close, at least.

Today I did a Fitness Blender upper body weights workout and walked a mile.

Lynn, the very low squats are tough, especially when held for a while! I have to watch out for my twingy knee. It's been ok lately. As long as I stay away from the things it doesn't like, like too many forward lunges.

Cynthia, Florence was really nice. It's two hours from Nashville. We were actually scouting to see if we want to move there. Nashville is a lot more expensive, but we have friends in Nashville and there would be different opportunities there. Just thinking about everything.

Cheryl 2, good job figuring out the interval thing. I should do that, as then I could do more workouts from the written info than from following the video.

Diana, I saw your cute pic on Facebook with the lady with the same shirt! Your skin looks wonderful and glowy.

Seabliss Thank you. I wished I had smiled. I was trying to just get a picture of us. She's one of the ladies from church. We, unintentionally wore similar tops. It was quite funny. LOL
