Thumbs up Kettlebell Kings

It works: )

I set my interval timer on my iPhone and I like it much better than the Gymboss actual.

I made a program up of Swings, Goblet, Farmers carry. Done. Now I feel like I learned something today

ha. not savy at all. takes me hours to learn something. But what helped was watching youtube videos. You find your answers in some way, shape or form.

If I buy something, I want to use it. trying to minimize my purchases and get more out of this $600 phone. !!!!! that I'm still paying for.

When I can learn something, just one thing in a day, that makes it a good day for me.

Haha, lack of tech ability runs in my family, or maybe it's an age thing. My brother who is 6 years older than I am, bought a TV with a built-in DVD player. He couldn't cope with the idea of hooking up a separate DVD player. I can do that, at least.

barre 3 30 minutes. Sadie did this week's 30 minute for the first time in a long time and it was super hard. I wonder if the other instructors are now going to follow her lead and take barre3 up another notch. She did super low squats, which she held a long time, plus very hard all fours planks with walk outs to full planks and back in to all fours planks. Whew!!

Hey all, I'm back! I did a little exercise while I was gone--one upper body weights workout at a hotel gym, and I walked a good amount. We had a great time. We went to Florence/Muscle Shoals, Alabama, the birthplace of much of the music you would know well, and a place where younger musicians are living and currently making a lot of great music. Florence also has a great historic downtown that's fun to walk through, and it's on the edge of the Tennessee River, so it's pretty.

Today I did Fitness Blender's Build a Booty workout, and I walked a mile outdoors.

I will catch up more tomorrow! Diana, I hope this is a less stressful week for you!

Welcome back!

Tytbody Great job learning more things on your phone. That's why I'm trying to stick with my phone for the fitness tracker. I would rather just have to deal with one thing. We have only had smart phones for around a year. The prices are crazy for those things.

No workout to report for today. The service was really nice today.
