Tytbody I also looked for a video clip but couldn't find any.

Thumbs up Nice and doable

This is what I did today Beginner Weight Training
they move at just the right pace for me.
Yes, I feel the burn. Shoulders and abs must be my weakest body part.

I like to feel better from exercise not dreading. Summer is on it's way out. Had on a sweatshirt today and the house is cool.

all done. Got a new tracker workout journal. I think writing it down helps.

I think so too. I've used journals for years.

I did no exercise yesterday. Back to the Pure Barre studio today.

Cynthia, do you also record what you did in the exercise if it’s dvd or YouTube?

Fitbits don't record free weights or kettlebells. For me totally not worth 150$

I'm not interested in modern gadgets. Still into pen & paper.

Here's what I track, one page per day:
Weight
Goals (not always workout; sometimes it's my to-do stuff
Exercise: yes, name of DVD, CD, book or paper workout, youtube, beachbody streaming, swim, walk, stretch, whatever
Meals & snacks

I think I’m learning my lesson. I’m one of those try it and see if it works for you. I’d rather have a regular watch

Thank you. I’m going to start today.

I think I’ll even record when I don’t feel well or/and what prompted me to do what I did that day. Again, trying to see what works for me.

I started to journal the beginning of the year. Fell off that wagon February 8. That was that new year new you hype that got me.

Checking in with Jessica's Straight Shape workout with 12s. Yesterday I worked very hard all day and had over 12k steps not counting all the lifting and carrying.

The weather is beautiful here! Very much enjoying it.

Cheryl 2, I go back and forth on buying a gadget. If I did, I would want an Apple Watch. They track weight training, etc. But they are expensive. Right now just steps on the free phone app is fine.
