I like my step 360, but if you have a bosu I don't think you need it. There are very few workouts for the step 360 so I'm hoping these Bosu workouts will work with it. I also like to use it for some weight workouts using the step to really engage my core, but you can do the same with the bosu.

There are some really decent DVDs that are free. Some of the bundles cost $5.00 but if you put all the individual DVDs into the cart one at a time they’re free.

Not sure anyone else still uses their BOSU but thought I’d post this just in case.
lannette, you're a doll to let us know about this.

after looking at the available titles, i picked up the pilates, equilibrium, & the one led by Candace. i also picked up 3 of the sport ones - basketball, golf and tennis.

i have gay gasper's and the explode compilation. i also own the body bar bosu DVD, and the 4 in 1 set that came with the bosu kit from costco (includes a bosu workout by Chalene Johnson).

Hmmm....I've had my Bosu about a year and have hardly used it. The dvds that came with with it were too hard for me But for some reason I'm really tempted by FREE dvds!! (I'm sure these are too hard for me also)

Okay, I caved. I found some clips on youtube (search BOSU BT) and the sports specific ones looked pretty good to me (even though I don't do sports but they seemed slower paced). And a tip--if you purchase the $5 bundle (which I did) shipping is only $3. So, I got 8 dvds for $8!! They must charge shipping per item and the bundle counts as one item. I hope I use them-haha!

Oh thank you! I was looking for clips but couldn't find any.

ETA: Woohoo! 14 DVDs for $11.95! I totally shouldn't have bought any but how can I pass that up?? I added all the sports ones separately plus some others. I tried it with the bundle but since I wanted others too this was the cheapest route and I was able to get all the sports ones for the same as if I'd only gotten the ones I originally chose. Thanks so much for posting the deal, Lannette!

Thanks Donnadc for the little push! I already ordered 3 DVDs when this was first posted, but just caved and ordered the sports bundle, 8 DVDs for $8.00! I already have the ski one, which I like. So, will be putting that one up on STW.

I've had my BOSU for over ten years and rarely use it. My DH makes fun of me about it. I can't bring myself to get rid of it.
