Team Body Project- Intermediate Low-Impact HIIT (not really low-impact; do instructors know what low impact means?)
Tracie Long- F15 from YouTube. This is a great short lower body workout.

I forgot about that F15 workout! I remember liking it, I wonder what ever happened to that F15 idea she had.

I took the wrapper off Cathe Party Rockin' Step #2. I did it until I was so lost I was making it all up. Popped in Bodyblast Supersets and did a premix. Love Cathe's weight workouts.
