Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout. I did the upper body section with "teeny tiny" weights. I never liked it as she goes too fast.

I like the floor legs part. That will burn your behind!

Kathy Ireland - Total Fitness Workout. I had (and nearly wore out) the VHS in the 90's, and I found the DVD on Amazon for $8. The cardio is pretty dull, and Kathy isn't the most communicative instructor, but the sculpting still holds up. No dumbbells, just body weight, but I'm feeling it today!

Not a video, but I bought Jane Fonda's Workout Book on Amazon Marketplace. Just for the memories and for my fitness/yoga bookshelf. I signed this book out of the library after I had my baby in 1982 and it helped me feel like a person again.

This morning I did CLX Dynamic Flow Yoga. According to my index card I had only done it once, back in 2013! I didn't remember it at all. I liked it but I need to remember it's more strength than stretch.

You don't have to be fast, just keep moving forward.

Richard Simmons Stretchin' to the Classics
I liked it. It was short (about 15 minutes). I couldn't fully relax, though, because it's not cued and I had to keep watching the screen. Next time should be better. The music was great!

I think Richard is great, but I never kept any of his workouts. I could never follow his version of cueing.

I did Kathy Smith’s Timesaver Cardio Fat Burner today. I had not done it in years. I love this workout. It was fun and I found the music motivated me to work hard. I have to do it more often!
