KV Full Body Stretch - Just What I Needed Today
I don't work on my flexibility enough and the last few days it has been so obvious. Neck, shoulders and hips have been extremely tight.
This morning I pulled out Karen Voight's Full Body Stretch and wow, I feel so much better. She has a way of instructing so stretches are felt exactly where I need them. It's only 40 minutes but it really does the job.
