If You Only Have 10 Minutes, What Exercises Do You Do?

Although I am a rededicated morning exerciser, there are some days where I just don't get out of bed early enough to do a formal workout. It is very rare when I have the evenings to do a formal workout. I'm usually washing laundry, cooking dinner, packing lunches, getting Tiny Bubble ready for bed, or just spending time with the family. However, on the days I can't fit in a full workout, I want to do something. It's usually pushups. I always feel accomplished. I want to fit in something more. I was thinking maybe 55 pushups, 55 pull downs using my bodylastics, and 100 hip thrusts. I think that should all take under 10 minutes.

If you have only 10 minutes, what do you do to help yourself feel like you did something for the day?

I do push-ups, squats, kettlebell swings, planks and jumping jacks. You could do a minute of each twice through.

Using the jumprope, squats, jumping jacks, burpees, running high knees. Have you tried the 7-minute workout?

How funny, just this morning I got up at 5 to use the toilet, and when I got back into bed I thought, "How the hell does Bubbles get up to exercise at 4 am?" I thought it was you, but I think there are others who exercise at 4 or 5. That, for me, would not be easy. Nor would evening workouts. Yes, I'm outing myself as a lazy exerciser.

To answer the question, pushups, planks, squats, rear lunges

Eta: found some notes on a quick circuit, which I think I found here many years ago
No rest between exercises
Squats 10-20
Push ups 10-20
Reverse lunge 10 each side
Plank 30 sec
Close push up 10-20
side plank 20 sec each side
Mountain climbers 20 total

Rest 1 minute, repeat

I like the Leah Sarago 10 minute Dance dvd, and other than that, ten mins of Leslie or Jessica Smith or, if I'm beat and am short on time: Joel Harper or Mirabai Holland or Stephanie Huckabee's PowerFit.
