I've been experimenting with yoga, and rather than buy dvds I'm using all the free stuff available on yt. I'm also running across non yoga workouts I try that I enjoyed. So far this is proving very worthwhile and I may not buy a dvd for a very long time. For instance today I did Denise Austin's Retro Stretch and Flexibility workout. Nice soothing 28 minute stretch. Of course one does have to like Denise or be able to tolerate her. I happen to like her.

Soul Sweat by Chantal Pierrat has 2 fun dance workouts I remember liking, but have not done for ages. The DVD also has a great 15 minute stretch program. There was a rumor last year, and it was discussed here on VF, that she was going to put out another DVD soon.
She teaches classes (or did) in Boulder, CO. Thought it would be fun to go to one sometime. P.S. I did find it off the beaten path--- at a thrift store, and even though I had never heard of it, but for a couple bucks gave it chance and it was a good find!
