Are you even supposed to be working out?

Recovery from shoulder surgery is tough! Hang in there, obey the doctor and don't overdo. This too shall pass...

This one is short and fun but it might not be great for your shoulder. http://vimeo.com/100502925
I hope you have a speedy recovery!

Very limited for 4 weeks. Not even lunges and squats because they can still pull on the rotator cuff. I can do stationary bike, walking on the elliptical without the handles and some modified upright plie squats, no bending. I can hardly wait for the first 4 weeks to pass.It is very hard, I'm so bummed.

Biggest Loser Power Abs has a standing section, a standing cardio section with an abs/core focus, and a yoga section that's mostly standing with a core focus. The other section is floor work. Kathy Smith's Matrix Power Walk is a walking workout with standing ab work. It uses light weights, but you could skip those for now.

Paul Katami's ab lab is probably 75% standing, and all the standing work is together
