Sun. March 2 – “Rest-ore” for the week ahead!
Mon. March 3 – Burn Body Fat – 3 Mile Walk with Hand Weights
(Or 45 min. Walk OR 6,000 steps)

Tues. March 4 – Walk It Off in 30 Days – FIRM 30 Segment
(Or 30 min. Walk OR 4,000 steps)

Wed. March 5 – Day Off

Thurs. March 6 – Walk It Off in 30 Days – BURN 30 Segment
(Or 30 min. Walk OR 4,000 steps)

Fri. March 7 – Walk It Off in 30 Days – FIRM 30 Segment
(Or 30 min. Walk OR 4,000 steps)

Sat. March 8 – Walk to the Hits – Radio Remixes! (3 Mile Walk)
(Or 45 min. Walk OR 6,000 steps)

Sun. March 9 – Stretch and Rest!

Mon. March 10 – Burn Body Fat – 2 Mile Walk with Hand Weights!
