High Impact Cathe
Hi all! I'm going through my collection, and as much as I'm going to hate to do it, I've decided to get rid of my higher impact Cathes. I know that most of what Cathe does is high impact and I can modify the moves. However, I don't want to modify the moves to the point where (1) the workout gets boring or (2) the intensity gets lowered. Which Cathes would you say are worth keeping by modifying? And more importantly which ones, no matter how much I modify, would just change the workout too much, either by intensity or boredom?
