High Impact Cathe

Hi all! I'm going through my collection, and as much as I'm going to hate to do it, I've decided to get rid of my higher impact Cathes. I know that most of what Cathe does is high impact and I can modify the moves. However, I don't want to modify the moves to the point where (1) the workout gets boring or (2) the intensity gets lowered. Which Cathes would you say are worth keeping by modifying? And more importantly which ones, no matter how much I modify, would just change the workout too much, either by intensity or boredom?

Modifying Cathe

I modify all of them or use a lower step height. The only one I found difficult to modify is the hi/lo part of Maximum Intensity Cardio. Most of the time, Cathe introduces choreography using low impact. I gave some away because of the impact and ended up downloading them. Even with modifications, I find I get better cardio workouts than I do with other workouts.

Thank you fschulman! Maybe I can justify keeping them now I am in serious purge mode, and was hesitating on my Cathes, due to the investment and sentiment (plus, there are some I haven't tried). Maybe I'll start a Cathe rotation this week using some of her cardio.

I will have to agree with fschulman......I think you can modify just about all of cathe stuff and still get a great workout and even if you modify.........and modify doesnt have to equal boring

I think if its fun using high impact, it can still be fun modifying
