Cathe Live Med Ball Blast (this one is SO fun!) and To The Max core & stretch. I love the core from To the Max and Crossfire - they both use weights and combine some upper body work - I did them so much when they first came out I kind burned out on them. Today was the first time I did this core in a long time and remember how much I love it; such a great add-on!

I don't think I've done those core workouts. Thanks for the info - I'll have to try them out!
