Tracy Anderson Glutecentric Hipcentric Omnicentric Continuity Year 2 Questions

The above are the chairs she uses but are too expensive. What chairs did people use?

Also, what weights (hand, wrist bands, arm bands)?

When kneeling on the chair, I feel like that would be a ton of pressure on my knee, even with a towel. Is a towel really sufficient?

Also, any tips or results to share? Did you still do the 10 sessions or did you double up?

Also what ball and ring (or loop/circle) do you use?

Is month 10, 11, or 12 out of order for anyone (warmup, floor, Abs, arms)?

I still have to finish Year 1 but I'm really hoping to continue until I finish year 2.

Thanks!

There are several knock-offs that you can buy through Amazon - same chairs and material, lower price.

I'm not doing year 2 yet either, but you need a very light and very sturdy chair, so that's where it gets tricky. It has to be strong enough so you can step on it safely, yet you need to be able to maneuver it easily

Hope it helps

I used a porch furniture, plastic chair with arms for it. It worked pretty well. A towel was not sufficient. I put a thin pillow from my couch on it but for the most part I ended up modifying a lot of the chair parts, as i ended up brreaking my wrist and had to modify on my elbows for a while. Now the funny thing is I have a broken foot and have to modify on my knees or lying.

As far as the ball and loop, I bought them from her site.

For the band she starts to use in year 3, I prefer to use my regular bands, not looped for the upper body as i change resistance as needed that way. For the leg exercises, I bought a pack of 3 golds gym bands someone posted here on the forum to use.

Good luck with the chair...its fun but hard. Its not his she used it in the perfect design series, but doing more planks and such off of it. I remember not even being able to do some exercises and others I did the best I could to approximate the move, as I'm not working out to get stressed out over doing something perfectly. Have fun

I found that wearing knee pads works way better for me. Any flexible neoprene MMA style knee pad works great. I like the Venum brand
