Drive by: HI! I finally started working out again even though I don't feel super yet. I gave the lower body portion of Raw Strength day 3 (shoulder/leg day) a try yesterday (squats, glute raises) and then Rev'd up rumble today (low impact, subbed out some jumping, etc.). Still really feeling run down.
Cher:Past two days we've been single digits... BRRR! Today when it hit 25 it felt like a heatwave... but I still wore ear muffs - the wind was brisk! I don't know how you do it for days on end. You, either, Vannie.
JB: I really like the lite pyramids. Before I got this stupid cold I tried FS push and pull... they really are likeable workouts. I know you did them for quite a while.
