Caved. 30 min 5 days a week - very workable. I will probably add in one leg day and leave the 7th day for a longer yoga practice. Hoping it challenges.

I caved as well. I don't click with all of KCM dvds but some I turn to regularly. I also want to support those instructors who are still offering dvds. I always look forward to new workouts in my mailbox.

I think she's only just been filming the workouts, so clips will likely come later.

This is more of an early bird special, for those who don't mind buying blind.

Thanks. I wish it was one of her free Raw workouts on youtube. I don't want to pay for streaming sites since I use too many different instructors.

I use Home Gym Intervals with my rebounder and kettlebell (mostly swing variations). I like mixing up the two "aerobic" options as I am usually ambitious and try to do the two ~30-min workouts back-to-back (which means a lot of intervals and I need to avoid getting bored or overuse injuries!)

Thanks again all for your input, I am going to order Home Gym Intervals, and probably Muscle Up. I also have gliding disks that I could use with HGI too.

Non-Dancer, Thanks for sharing the link to Kelly's info on the premixes. I had low expectations for premixes on this set for some reason, so that extensive list blows me away! Really happy that I pre-ordered about 10 days ago.

And it makes abbreviation a tad difficult when KickBoxing and KettleBell are both KB!

Thanks for posting the premix link. The premixes look really good. Kelly is always the best with premixes. I think that she said once that she plans her workouts with premixes in mind. I am looking forward to receiving these DVDs.

LOL I was confused for a moment there, but I see she spells it out when necessary.
