Functional Fitness Recommendation

I saw a post that was encouraging members to start a thread, so here it is.

I am interested in exploring functional fitness some more. Do you have any video recommendation?

They don't carry the explicit label of 'Functional Fitness,' but I believe both T-Tapp and Classical Stretch/Essentrics deliver functional fitness.

I have seen posts about Tracie Long dvds having functional fitness exercises.
I do not have them, so I cannot help with specifics.

I don't have this dvd, but thought it may fit.

I second the Barlates recommendation. Linda has a lot of free workouts on You Tube.

Ilaria's Atletica DVDs I think would fall in this category. Also sandbag workouts, since you're dealing with a lot of shifting weight, as is usual in day-to-day activities.

Another Barlates recommendation here. They not only have increased my strength and endurance but they definitely have a stretch element to them.

Tracie Long has a pretty extensive catalog of functional fitness workouts. She seems to have really hit her stride with this type of training when she parted ways with Anna Benson, starting with the 2003 TLPs (Tracie Long Productions).
