Les Mills On Demand Favorites

I am signing up for Les Mills on demand free 30 day trial. What's your favorite? I'm not high impact person tbh. I'm thinking more towards strength workouts. Are they all high reps? Any heavy lifting?

Thanks!

The Body Pump workouts are all high rep as far as I know. I will browse them later. They have core workouts called CX also. My favorites are Body Combat workouts.

Body Pump is by definition a high-rep workout. However, don't knock it till you've tried it. It can definitely kick your butt. The two rotations that have made the biggest difference in my body since I started working out regularly in 1997 were the Firm's 90 day rotation, and the BodyPump set that came out from Beach body back in the day. In a 21 year history of rotations and workouts, the 90D and BP were standouts in terms of results.

Body Pump 94 is an awesome favorite of mine. Body Combat is great for cardio.

I am using a 30 day free friends and family subscription until 11-30. I'm going to sub for a year at that point because I am getting a LOT of use out of this. Les Mills isn't my be-all and end-all. I need some gentler, restorative workouts too and LM is sort of all kick-butt all the time. I am finding they do have some really excellent guided meditations, surprisingly. Check those out too!

Susan, I was happy to see meditations on there. I also enjoy Bodyflow. I noticed they have a combination Body Combat/ yoga workout also.

I have subscribed to LMOD for a couple of years now - I love it! However, I am not sure if it will be what you are looking for in workouts since a lot of the cardio is high impact and weights are high rep.

I mostly do BodyPump, BodyCombat BodyStep and RPM. My favorite BodyPumps are 96, 98, and 102. Favorite BodyCombats are 64, 66 and 69.

I like the Bodyflow workouts. Kind of kicking myself I didn't do the training when they were in MN last year. Sigh.

Thanks for the rec Jules. I looked around... I can modify the cardio although it might take the fun factor out. Their dance workout looks interesting...

Weight work definitely high reps. I do that occasionally but not my favorite. 30 days is a good time to try different programs... I'm glad I have the chance!

They usually have a modifier in Body Combat. I cannot do high impact, but the workouts are still a blast! I love how the moves are synchronized with the music.

I do like Sh'Bam, but I sometimes get frustrated because they do not always show their feet.

They have shorter versions of some workouts if you are short on time.

Do they have The Trip (cycling) on demand or is it only in Clubs?
