Question about Paul Katami Band Camp

I am considering putting this on my wish list. I have the tubing with the handles but it is hard for me to see what kind of looped band he is using around the ankles for some of the lower body stuff. It looks rather thin. The looped bands I have are: the Firewalker band that Cathe used, mini bands and iron woody type bands to do pull ups.
I would be interested in finding out what band people here use when doing that workout and if they think one of the bands I mention above will work.

I had this workout a long time ago, but I didn't keep it. If I remember right, the band was a toning cord (sort of like surgical tubing) with handles. I found this workout really difficult to do though because of the awkward positioning of the cord. It was frustrating to try to keep up because I couldn't get the cord into the right place or keep it there.

I already have tubing with handles like this:

I want to know what kind of loop band to use around the ankles.

Assuming I'm remembering right, there was no loop band for the ankles. You just took the toning cord and wound it around the ankles in different ways. That's most of the reason why I found it hard to do this workout.

This thread indicates a loop band is used, but it does not give any recommended brand or size.

Actually this is helpful because the review says a large thick loop band so it sounds like a Firewalker band would work.

ETA: I see these reviews are from 2005/2006 but total fitness has the release date of 2009.
