I just finished working out...I did
Classical Stretch #621 early this morning and I just did
Kettlebell Dynamics (Mix 1 plus parts of Mix 2). Both new to me & both great workouts!
I have been working out consistently all month (after taking off most of Nov. & Dec.
) and have dropped a couple of pounds...so far I have done strength and cardio workouts along with 13 kundalini yoga workouts, five Classical Stretch episodes, and six other longish stretch dvds. I have not been very successful in adding a cardio "spark" workout later in my days, however, I think doing kundalini or CS separate from a "regular" workout has had the same effect as a "spark" session.
What did everyone else do today?
