If you had to start your fitness collection over

If something happened and you didn't have any workout DVDs (or other preferred form of media) or fitness equipment, and had to start your collection over what would you get/replace? And since this is for fun, let's assume that everything is still available.

Honestly, right now most of my DVDs and fitness equipment is not being used but I would start out by getting the following:

Yoga mat, block, strap
Kettlebells
Light dumbbells - 3, 5, 8# to start and eventually adding 10, 12, 15#
Stability ball
Some type of cardio equipment - treadmill, recumbent bike (I currently have both of these)
Ipod

Sean O'Malley - all the Cardio Coach workouts, including PUMP
Mel B - Totally Fit
Minna Lessig - One Minute Workout
Eoin Finn - Pure & Simple Yoga, Power Yoga for Happiness 1 & 2, The Pursuit of Happy Hips, Blissology
Travis Eliot - Ultimate Yogi, Foundations

Wii - this is my favorite form of cardio
Gold's Gym Cardio Workout, Gold's Gym Dance Workout and the Just Dance series

I would also love to get a Concept 2 rower (not something I currently have)

ETA: I would also replace my Fitbit and Foam Roller

I'd get:

A Rebounder (I have an old Needak, I'd get one of the newer less squeaky kinds, lol!)

A yoga mat - mine is at least 30 years old and going strong

Yoga strap/blocks

MELT Method foam roller and balls (not sure if this counts as fitness equipment but maybe restorative equipment?)

T-Tapp - the old beginner rehab tapes maybe Tempo if I can work up to it again

Karen Voight - Sleek Essentials kit with the cardio, weights and stretch plus her newer stretch workouts

Madeline Lewis AM/PM Stretch - have just gotten back in to working out and I'm using these nearly every day

Small half round roller from Katy Bowen for foot stretches

Indoor walking workouts - probably Leslie's long ones and Jessica Smith's (not any of the weird ones - Debbie Rocker, Kathy Smith's awful cowboy one etc)

I don't reach for weight workouts but I should, lol.

I'd NOT get the Fluidity Barre, the Bosu, the weights, the other 150 video workouts, hahaha, including all the Beachbody stuff I've purchased over the years.

Fun thread!

I have "Wii Dance Workout"... do you want it? Also have Just Dance 1, 2, 3... which I assume you already have?

As someone who did actually have to restart my fitness collection, this is easy to answer.

Weights-i was lucky to find an amazing deal on Craigslist and got the rest through thrift stores.

Stability Ball.

Leslie's

My YBB's

Old Jane Fonda's (vhs is fine, because I found a vcr at a garage sale)

Body Beast and P90x. I got P90x from a very generous vfer and I am forever grateful.

I would get CS, Lee Holden and Jane Adams DVD’s

I would not buy (((gasp&#128563)) the Firm DVD’s or a rebounder. I would have never said this a few years ago.

Glad we have evolved to streaming. Love my walking online workouts and CS.

I started to answer this question, and the list got so large! If I had to limit, I would choose the following:

Equipment:

Step with Risers
Mini Step with Risers
Dumbbells
Yoga Mat, Blocks, Strap, Bolsters, Cushions

DVDs:
Misty Tripoli workouts, to play with Tiny Bubbles!
Soul Sweat, of course. Been saying that since it came out
Cathe Friedrich collection, maybe. I could possibly stream.
All my Christi Taylor collection
My Firm collection
All my Kathy Smith collection
some KCM
Amy Bento step and strength workouts only
Romy Philips Yoga
Eoin Finn Yoga
Mark Laham Yoga
Margaret Richard collection. I'm scared to stream her stuff.
Rebecca Small collection
all my CIA workouts
Gin Miller workouts
Jessica Smith Total Body Balance and her Walk Strong workouts.
