My low back had been hurting every morning and into the afternoon for over a month. it would hurt to get up from a sitting position and felt tight and achy when I tried to stretch. So I didn't.
Well that obviously is a bad idea. A few days ago I decided to try a
Classical Stretch "back pain" episode and later that day I felt so much better. Yesterday morning I did another episode for back pain and again, much improvement.
So I'd recommend CS. It can't be a coincidence that my pain is going away after I'd done these a few times. Now if only I can stick with it.
