I love Kick Punch, too. I enjoy all of the Live boxing and kickboxing sessions, Low Impact HS is my favorite. I wish she'd do a low impact workout every four weeks or so....

Shorter or easy-to-cut-short Cathe Lives:

All About Legs--70 minutes--Barre and Ball start at 38 minutes
Athletic Training--48 minutes--core starts at 42
Barbell Upper Body--43 minutes--core starts at 37
Boot Camp Blastoff--44 minutes
Boxing, Hiit Blasts and Core--Core starts at 35
Boxing with Leg Blasts Live--Leg Blasts start at 31
Bun Burners Barre and Ball--47 minutes
Butts and Guts Live--Core starts at 40
Cardio and Weights--core starts at 45
Cardio Boxing plus Plyo Legs--42 minutes
Cardio Boxing w/ Stability Ball Abs--core starts at 34
Cardio Circuit Challenge Express-38 minutes
Cardio Circuit Mashup--45 minutes
Cardio Core Circuit Live--46 minutes
Cardio Mish Mosh--43 minutes
Cardio Strength Blast--43 minutes--First 31 minutes are drills, followed by strength
Chiseled Legs and Abs--Core starts at 40
Circuit Works plus Barre and Core--don't have times, but easy to cut up into sections
Compound Giant Sets--41 minutes, easily shortened
Cross Fire Quick Fix plus core--34 minutes
Cross Train Lower Body Live--Ball and Chair start at 37
Crush It Low Impact Live--35 minutes

Okay--that's alphabetically through the Cs... A few more random shorter workouts:

Get Steppin'--44 minutes
High Intensity Cardio Step--45 minutes
Ice Total Body Compound--43 minutes
Kickbox and Barre--Barre starts at 30
Long and Strong Legs--Barre starts at 32
Low Impact Cardio and Strength--upper starts at 33
Shredded Upper Body--abs start at 34
Timesaver Step Grooves--36 minutes

I definitely think anyone hesitating because of long workouts should give it a one month shot. $10--there are definitely enough short workouts if you have 30-40 minutes to work out. I love Cathe Live!

Todays Cathe live workout.. all I can say is it was awesome! Hit everything and cardio too. I so look forward to Thursday!! Get's better and better and the variety .. I love it!

Same here!! My kind of workout w/ decent cardio, metabolic weights, loved it! I will never regret subscribing to Cathe Live. The workouts are really awesome w/ plenty of variety for everyone.

I was worried it would be a little too much impact but it was nicely balanced with metabolic work. It is on my favorites list.

I'm trying out 2lazy4gym's Cathe Live / DVD metabolic rotation that she posted and this workout fits in perfectly with it. Also, I wonder if Cathe is filming something, I noticed the woman from her Fit Tower dvd's and Kate from some previous dvd's in the class.

Kate is a semi-regular in the class and Jen has been there occasionally. A sign I'm a Live regular myself!
