Question Need help accessing BodyRock Daily workout

Help! I subscribed to BodyRock Daily Workout, but every time I follow the link the workout flashes briefly and then the screen is covered with ads and trend boxes and I can't find the workout. None of the main tabs (eg. BodyRock, Workouts) lead to workouts either. I'd really like to get today's workout, BodyRock Blast Day 1: Obliques & Cardio. Is there a trick to accessing the workouts? Thanks!

Why are the links private? How can you get access to them? Are they paid? Thanks.

Thanks so much for this response -- the first workout you posted looks really good, I will have to try it! The second one is good also, but it is not the one I am looking for. I am looking for BodyRock Blast Day 1. Here is the link I was given:

http://www.bodyrock.tv/workouts/body...eid=6f86481415

On my screen, the large box for the correct workout flashes briefly and then it disappears. Weird!

Okay the one you want doesn't have a full video (yet) It's a video preview to show you the proper form for the workout (kinda of like the original Bodyrock videos) If you go the the page they have a full written breakdown of the workout. Some time (in the future they may charge for the full real time workout (as they do in the "plus" service they have) or they may do another series, where in order to get it you'll once again have to give them your email address, so they can bombard you with more ads. Their website "sucks" so confusing, equipment and ad driven. I always go directly to the private links and avoid their website whenever possible

Thanks for your efforts on this! I actually do subscribe via email, but I can never get the links they email me to work. I can't figure out the website at all -- even enough to get the breakdowns. Anyway, I appreciate the link you gave me, it takes me to quite a few other workouts. Thanks again!
