I think I am in.
I'm sick this week, and after taking last week off for holiday travel and vacation, I feel my fitness level declining at the moment. But I am still going to try. I probably won't be pushing to the limit every workout, but no one will know except me.
Also I didn't do a lot of spinning this fall, so my butt may not appreciate this.

the Sufferfest workouts though so I really want to try to do it.
