KCM- Lean Body Circuits workout 2. I bought this at Kelly's New Year's sale and had only tried workout 1. I think it is tougher than her Circuit Burn workouts and I really worked up a sweat in 30 minutes!

From YT- Mad Fit 15 minute workout for toned inner and outer thighs.

CDorner Fitness Full Body Workout with DB's
This one was tough and alternates lower body with upper body. Great workout!
