Late Afternoon after through working in my office, Robert Peng’s 4 Golden Wheels QG. I like doing QG after through working. It really helps to leave the stress and the To-Do List behind.

Eoin Finn's Blissology Day 1 (All Around Flow) -- ahhhh, what a great practice. It is very well balanced and the perfect way to mobilize lots of joints before a two-hour leisurely hike.
