Started Cathe Step but only last 17 minutes. 15 minutes walking.

MetaShred Extreme Disc 1 - Lower Body. Stretching has really made a difference!!! Haven’t done this workout in probably a month and my range of motion for lunges and squats has greatly increased.

Tango flex - Full Routine, minus the relaxation at the beginning and balance exercises at the end.

Will do QB practice late afternoon. Will be back to post.

Yesterday was a planned rest day and today I really wanted to do a workout, but my yard had other plans for me. The rain did not show up today and the grass is so tall in my yard I have a hard time seeing where my dogs have been. So...yard work today and pulled a lot of weeds.
