Hi Everyone,
This morning was a combo of: Jessica Valent - Low Impact HIIT # 3 (this is mainly lower body toning using body weight only - it does raise the HR w/out jumping!) Blessful Body - HIIP Lite Yesterday was a sunny day so I did take a walk at work. I'm almost considering buying Robin's Tighten and Tone.....maybe.... I also am considering purchasing this from Chris Freytag. I'm on the fence though b/c I could just join her site for a year for $3 or $4 and do these workouts - the question is - would I want to own them??? https://www.gethealthyutv.com/produc...&vscid=C19813# Linda - CS is always a good choice. Good morning!
Just finished: Gina B Circuit Walk 2, WU, UB, Bonus 12 Min Abs - 40m. ePilates - Cardio Pilates with Clare - 16m. Cardio Pilates kicked my butt! A lot was packed into this 16 minute total body workout. I'm really happy I subscribed. Waves to all!

Firm Total body toner. Modified all high impact to just preparing to jump and lifting up to the toes. Felt great and still got a great workout. Not sure why instructors don't demonstrate this almost jump move because you still initiate the stabilizing muscles and use your core to resist the down movement. Then you still feel a heart rate boost from it.
I'm not sure I click with the main body of this workout but the ab section towards the end is great for an add on. Donna CS is a good choice but 20 min is all I seem to be able to make myself do. When they last longer than that....I start clock watching Dana Lol on you buying the barre3 ball too. You and your hubby don't have to share. And orange and blue is VERY Lady Vol. Btw, whenever I need a good butt kicking I reach for Jari or Cardiocoach .. because sometimes you just need it! Hehe
