I am actually going to do this one lol! I love her older abs workouts but the newer ones all seem to have moves that are a little hard (for me now). This one looks fun! Yes, I am sure I'll drop the darn things but hey, laughter works the abs too!!

I have a Reebok step so it won't work the same for me but it's all good since I rarely do dedicated ab segments anyway. I do like that she's done something creative so I may try this.
