See my reply above to Denise. I came across this today when listening to RISE podcast by Rachel Hollis. She interviewed Jen Esquer who is a physical therapist and started this program through social media. I’m tempted by this

It does look great and I am tempted. I think the price is a little high though.
If you want something that might resemble this with DVDs, look at Tracie Long Core Movements. Just checking out some of the doc Jen challenge exercises, there are similar exercises. I have really gotten into these, they feel great. |

I agree with others in this thread. The method does sound interesting to me as well (and I appreciate how it's promoted), but even knowing about the 30-day money-back guarantee, I'd prefer to hear generally positive reviews on VF before I buy.
