I was like that back in the 80'S, I just sold my leotards a few months ago.

I still have the leg warmers!

I used to bounce like that! I used to work out to Jane Fonda, Kathy Smith, and Aerobicise and so on... ha ha.
In fact, I still have those tapes.

I was a child of the 1980s (like, small child - I started elementary school in 1985), and the aerobics craze certainly had an effect on me as well. My sister and I had "Get in Shape Girl" play sets (toy workout equipment with follow-along cassette tapes) and the Great Shape Barbie who came with legwarmers and a gym bag. When we went along with my mom to visit her friends my sister and I would amuse ourselves by trying to follow along with their exercise videos in the living room. We were big Richard Simmons fans and enjoyed laughing at Cher's Outfits even though we couldn't keep up with her as easily. That's how I got my start with exercise videos, so while I never did wear the leotards myself (except in Ballet class and Gymnastics) the 80s aerobics stuff still makes me nostalgic.
