363 days - one in the summer and one at the end of the year. I aim for yoga or something restorative when I need a slower day. For me it's easier to workout everyday than not to.

I used to keep track but my attitude now is try working out everyday (my workouts are not too tough) & if life prevents me from working out then that is life but I am going to try my darnest to exercise because it part of me! I probably missed at least 1 -2 days a month.

I worked out 278 days out of 365 this year. This was the first time I kept track for an entire year and I am pretty proud of myself. I decided last January to do this and I'm glad I did.

In my little spiral notebook, I listed 155 workout sessions. With travel days considered, it averages out to about 3x/wk, which is about what I aim for. In fact, I've got little spiral notebooks dating back to 1999. And that's not even the beginning.

I recommend that everybody keep a little notebook. Congratulate yourself, forgive yourself, celebrate yourself. It's fun to see how you've stuck with it. Kudos to all who make it almost a daily routine.
