58. I have 7 boys and 3 girls all from the same marriage and husband. LOL. Our oldest is 40 and our youngest is 13. I have been exercising at home for 18 years now. I gave up the gym when I had 8 kids and home schooled and have never looked back. I absolutely LOVE VF and hope to be with you women for many more years to come. I have two beautiful grand daughters, too.

I'm 54, almost 55. I have a 56 yo husband of almost 30 years. I have two children, 28 and 24, a 13 yo pug, a 2 yo standard poodle, 2 cats and 16 chickens.

I've been exercising to videos/DVDs since 1993.

I'm 46 (be 47 in Dec), no munchkins, I feed stray kitties & have several loved, stuffed toy cats

and a SO of 10 years who is allergic to real fur

I turned 50 in January, and have a daughter who will turn 30 this year, a son who will be 28 and another son who will be 25. Oh, and one dog and four granddogs.

I have done video workouts since Jane Fonda made the one I used in high school
