Question What do you like to mix up with kettlebell workouts?

For those who do kettlebell workouts regularly, what other type of workouts do you do to round things out? No offense to Comrade Pavel, and as much as I love kettlebells, I think that they should be part of a regimen, not the whole thing.

What would be the opposite of kettlebells? Belly dance? Barre? Leslie? (Probably Callanetics, but I don't have the patience for that anymore.)

I do yoga as a supplement to kettlebell workouts. For cardio, I had been doing walking my dog as that's all my knee could accommodate. I had knee replacement surgery at the beginning of October, so currently not doing much beyond leg PT exercises (dog walking is being hired out), but hoping to be able to bike for cardio next spring.

I supplement kettlebells with rebounding and reformer pilates.

Currently I add Tracy Anderson (though she would not like it). But my body likes the combo...

I like to keep it simple and do yoga and walking, they seem to compliment kettlebell workouts nicely!
