Udaya Find Your Practice - Cracked It!

I recently bought Vytas's 'Find Your Practice', enabled by another thread (of course!) and with complete fore-warning that it comes on a USB stick, not on DVDs.

I figured my mad techie skillz would be more than up for the task. And, really, not hard at all.

I've now copied the mp4 files to the external hard disk where I keep all the other workouts I own. I've even shrunk the files as I usually play them on my iPad, so I don't really need every pixel of the gorgeous super high-def files.

If you want to do the same, PM me. I could even probably point you toward instructions on how to burn them on a DVD that would play on your TV.

But I'm Mac only user so can't help w PCs, sorry.

I really like this set but rarely use it mainly because the practices are an hour. I know I should try to make time to do it....since I do like it and really leaned a lot from Vytas instruction on these. I just wish I could get it on a dvd but sadly since it doesn't come that way and I have no clue how to do it, I'm stuck using it on my laptop (PC)....not a deal breaker but another reason to talk myself out of doing it.

Cher,

A few VFers who are PC users have PM'ed me and I've tried to help them through the process of extracting and then saving the workouts on a DVD.

If between us we find a workable method, I'll let you know.

Thanks Bex! That'd be great if you all can figure it out!

Oooh, if there's a way to do this I could finally buy it!

OK, it seems like we're collectively finding the answers for PC users.

I'd be happy to post here, but wasn't sure of the VF policy around this kind of 'cracking'.

I'm very sensitive to issues of people pirating & illegally sharing files but I think this legally/morally qualifies as personal use if you bought the USB product.

Any moderators want to weigh in?

Bex, if you get the ok from the moderators and can share your solution with me too, I'd appreciate it. I have Vytas' Find Your Practice and also the Tony G set on USB. If I could convert them to DVD that would be awesome.

I PM'd WWWendy to ask the question, but haven't gotten any response.

(Which I totally understand - she does a heroic job in creating and running this site and all for nothing but the karmic return.)

Anyone know who else I should ask?

I have them both as well and I would use them more if they were on DVD. I would be interested as well. I don't think I will purchase any more programs on USB.

I was interested in both of these and didn't buy them because they were not DVDs. Sad to have missed them because I thought they looked good.
