You can use any KBKB workout for the Hiits, even 7DL (I asked her via email), so Scorcher (2.0), 7DL, Body Series or the Hiit Flows that came with CoEd. You could even use something like Zuzka or any other Hiit instead to mix things up. I'd even say you could do whatever you wanted on those other days, but perhaps include at least one day of Hiit.
