Doesn't the new BarreAmped Bootcamp have cardio intervals?

Cardio Vusion is really good. I loooove Ballet Blast with Jennee. The Booty Barres are not fresh in my mind except the most recent Ballet one which I really enjoyed. It has cardio intervals of ballet jumps.

I agree the Dream Bodies sound like something you might enjoy as well. They are much tougher than something like Piloxing though.

yes barre amped boot camp has some intervals. her streaming stuff does too.

also, i recently started doing ballet body total body and that one gets my heart rate pumping as well, just from the intensity. i consider that one my hardest barre.

Thanks everyone for the recommendation!

Is there a difference between P57 1st and 2nd edition? Which one would you recommend if I need one? I'm going to check Barreamped Bootcamp, Tracy Mallet and Jenne dvds as well.

I forgot that I do have x tend barre and I did like it as well.

I just got this one from Mary yesterday. Did it this morning. I really liked it. Brought out my inner dancer I was in cardio zone for about 10 minutes but I don't know any of the ballet moves or terms so I followed along at a beginners pace. And I was having trouble with my yoga socks and my mat. I think next time I'll do it barefoot downstairs on tile. When I get more familiar with the workout I'm sure the cardio effect will be better.

I saw the clips of Barreamped Bootcamp, V method Cardio Vusion, and Ballet Blast and they look so fun and good (hard) . I could not find clips of Physique 57 yet. I wanted to see the full body workout 2nd edition.

Both are great, but I get more cardio/slightly higher caloric burn from 2. They compliment each other nicely. I think the upper body weights in 1 are harder, but generally I'd say 2 is more challenging.
